赣州数控精英比武“论剑” 用竞赛诠释“工匠精神”

近日,来自赣州市的32名数控机床车工精英聚集长泰比武“亮剑”,以技能竞赛的形式,展示“工匠功夫”,诠释“工匠精神”。
数控机床技能比武参赛选手进行实际操作
数控车工技能比武分为笔试和实际操作,实际操作比武是重头戏,32名参赛选手分成两批次进行,赛场设在长泰县凯嘉科技有限公司数控车间。实际操作要求采用实际加工的方式,在规定时间内独自完成具有特定功能产品零件的加工、装配。
来自华安正兴车轮有限公司的蒋雪琳是本次数控车工技能比武的唯一女选手。“接到华安县总工会的通知后,我们公司组织80名一线技工,先行PK一番,最后4名获胜者前来参加全市的大比武。”蒋雪琳信心十足。
4月26日上午8点30分,实际操作比武正式开始。参赛选手迅速投入比赛,认真阅读图纸,分析工艺、拟定加工路线、编写数控程序,有板有眼,操作娴熟。
中午12点30分,第一批选手比武完毕。参加首场比武的长泰县新麒麟机械有限公司的数控主管李志艺激动地说:“若不是机缘巧合,我不会接触到数控技术,但是源于对数控的兴趣,我琢磨出其中的窍门,没想到这一坚持就是11年。我会继续提升自己,让这冰冷的机台注入我热情的生命力。”
比武一直持续到当天下午3点半才结束。评委从选手加工工艺的优劣性、加工效率和加工质量等方面进行综合打分。经过评委的认真评选,黄志明摘得了这次数控车工技能比武桂冠。
主办方表示,此次大比武展示了数控机床车工的“工匠功夫”,对中国“工匠精神”加以诠释,展现了数控车工技能水平,激发了青年职工学技术、比技能、创一流的热情。
